She completed her third year practicum at Total Foot Care, at the Ottawa Hospital, a Chiropody clinic known for their expertise in wound care. Before that she completed her Bachelors in Science degree with honors from the University of Toronto in 2010.
Cynthia attributes her interest in the human foot to her father, a foot reflexologist. She has a passion towards making her clients feel better but more so to feel empowered about their own health. Cynthia has a special interest in biomechanics, sports medicine and diabetic care.

We are one of the few health care practitioners that are allowed to prescribe and dispense Orthotics, Orthopedic shoes and prescribe medication. We are recognized by most insurance companies.
Many do not know but to become a licensed Chiropodist in Ontario you need a bachelors degree from an accredited university and to have graduated from a 3 year accredited Chiropody program. That’s 7 years of post secondary education just for the feet. Not only that, you need to pass a rigorous two part licencing exam to register with the College of Chiropodists of Ontario.
